Opening for SEO Specialist and Web Developer in Pune with experience of 1 to 3 years.

Desired Profile

Knowledge and understanding of back link strategy and implementation.
Understanding of Directory submissions and revisions.
Understanding of Internal link optimization.
Understanding of SEO technical analysis and evaluation.
Understanding of Website.
Understanding of Key phrase research.
Understanding of META optimization.
Knowledge of the latest industry developments.

Web Development Requirements
Web designer and developer with client (JavaScript) and server-side scripting abilities, to construct multi-page sites.
Must know CSS and be able to write w3 certified HTML. MySQL knowledge a plus.
The applicant should have a proven track-record, with a portfolio of sites available for review.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of PHP, ASP.net, XML, XHTML, DHTML, Javascript, VBScript, Java, SQL and other web languages.
Developer level knowledge of Content Management Systems like Joomla.
Proficient in Photoshop; Adobe CS Illustrator and In-Design to be responsible for conceptualization, design & layout of artwork.
Working knowledge of Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash & Fireworks.
Proficiency in Developing multi-media applications for websites.
Experience with developing, managing, and deploying web-based technologies & communication media (Wiki, etc.) and experience with modifying and customizing these platforms.

Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for all SEO related tasks and web development including:

Developing professional web pages and user interface designs with a strong focus on detail, quality, usability, maintaining design consistency.
Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on paid search metrics, including trend analysis.
Providing support for search engine optimization recommendations.
Managing web services to optimize landing pages for Search Engine Marketing.
Providing ad-hoc support for the Search Engine Marketing team including:
Set up of new campaigns.
Keyword discovery and expansion.
Reporting top keywords ranking by category.
Reporting ROI by Campaign, Site, and Category.
Research and analysis of competitor’s advertising links.
Using web tools to track site traffic, rankings, and online sales.
Identifying and implementing strategies for increasing site traffic through organic search listings without being blacklisted.
Researching and resolving HTML code and content, link architecture and navigation issues.
Improving the layout of web pages.
Continually monitoring organic search rankings to increase traffic and sales.
Analysing website strategies and recommending tactics for revising the strategies.
Creating and reviewing regular sales reports for various online sites and promotions.
Researching keywords using Google, Overture, WordTracker and internal tools.
Link-Building to enhance link popularity on Blogs, Social Media Sites, Forums, etc.
