Develop & optimize sites and landing pages using A/B and other testing methodologies.
Conduct in-depth performance analysis across key metrics to recommend and execute enhancements in SEM campaigns.
Identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Identify initiatives & develop SEM strategies to target potential advertisers.
Create SEM proposals, presentations and best practices for prospective clients.
Update blogs, article submissions, forum updates and RSS making.
Identifying areas for future development and growth of the portals.
Mentor & train new associates.

3-4 years of SEO experience (Adwords Certification preferred)
