SEO – SEM Executive

Opening for SEO / SEM Executive in Mumbai with experience of 2 to 7 years.

In the above position you will contribute to the growth of our company by generating web traffic and online sales. In order to be successful you need to possess strong e-marketing skills (website design, user experience, SEO / SEM, Pay Per Click, banners, email, social media marketing) – you also need to be driven and highly creative.

Job Description
Conceptualization of integrated marketing campaign to achieve e-commerce revenue goals.
Design campaign strategy, define key performance indicators and manage execution of campaigns.
Analyze & Conduct web research.
Help determine strategy and oversee execution of all initiatives; prioritize and manage projects to timelines, budget, and resources.
Work closely with internal teams to develop new site functionality, troubleshoot site issues, and determine appropriate resolution.
Work with internal teams to help guide strategy, creative direction, timing, and execution of online marketing activities, including SEM, SEO, email and mobile marketing programs, display advertising, and social media, as well as new initiatives. Ensure alignment and synergies across all programs.
Provide strategic direction and manage company-wide online projects and other PR and Marketing initiatives. Determine requirements and manage implementation and execution where necessary, providing post-event analysis and recommendations.
Work with analytics team to provide business intelligence, performance analysis and recommendations. Using web-based tools (.e.g Google Analytics) report on site KPI’s and user trends and determine implications for future planning; present to senior management on a regular basis. Oversee usability studies, site audits, satisfaction insight reviews, etc. to improve customer experience and increase conversion.
Maximize search engine optimization of the existing sites.
Track, analyze and generate reports on effectiveness of marketing programs.
Evaluate and provide solutions for competitive market.
Implement and manage PR campaigns.
Track and manage ROI of sales and marketing initiatives.
Plan sales/ marketing initiatives.
